Leija's Green Smoothie Recipes


I feel that most of us could benefit from including more greens into our diet. Making green smoothies is an easy, quick & delicious way to do this! :) If you've never made green smoothies before & think that adding something like baby spinach to your smoothie would be gross/ weird, I gotta tell ya, as long as you have enough fruit, you won't really notice the greens! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my salads, but like to mix things up to keep my diet interesting. Green smoothies are one of my favourite things to make that give me that variety, and super-charged health in the process. I also like how there are really no rules with the smoothie. If you want to try my recipes, don't think you have to follow them to a T. If you don't want to add in all the ingredients I recommend, that's cool! And if you want to add in other ingredients I don't mention, that's cool too! I certainly don't list all the amazing ingredients one can add into a smoothie.
